Vitamin C (Ascorbique acid)

You may reduce the dosage and make sure to consummate B-Balance while eating; this reaction is more likely to occur on an empty stomach. Often, it will not occur during several months but may occur suddenly.
- Regular use: Take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) once daily.
